      Flexable work schedule as long as project work gets completed. Good team work with test, design and applications engineers.

      Cons

      Unlimited vacation time which means no vacation if project on tight schedule or not enough resources assigned to projects.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
