Pros
Work with some great people on many of the key technologies behind many of the worlds leading gadgets. Broadcom also provides the necessary equipment and facilities to get the job done and rewards success effectively.
Cons
Like any large, distributed company, it has it's issues with head office vs remote sites and effective communication.
