      experience was quite fruitful, colleagues were very encouraging and motivating, and my manager was the coolest manager ever

      could not convert my internship into full-time position because of the unfortunate hiring freeze

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
