Pros
Generally great management. Very balanced work life. Pay and health benefits very good for USA manufacturing.
Cons
Outdated manufacturing and no budget coming to really improve anything as fab has a limited lifespan of a few more years and investment shows this. CEO Hock is the worst person ever...during pandemic went after employees with higher stock options to Cash them out with 1 month notice, such a heartless corporation. Fort Collins is not a good place to find work after Broadcom is done with you.
