Poor work culture, and CEO does not care about the employees - Software Engineer Broadcom Employee Review

The company is only interested in generating profits. No more, no less. The CEO insisted we had to return to the office during lockdown--despite several arguments to the contrary--and wouldn't hear a word against it. There appeared to be a distinct lack of interest in employees' well-being, with the insistence that a little extra money thrown at us means we should be happy.
