      Pros

      Mostly benefits and salary which for the region are very competitive.

      Cons

      I think the cons are mostly with the management. The company didn't follow some of the actions others had with the pandemic, lagging behind. The products are ok but not very challenging

      High pay, good benefits, stock options

      Cons

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
