Pros
The company is really worst especially during the covid crisis in India (during April 2021).
Cons
Management and HR pushing hard for software professionals to work from the office without any office dependencies. Every day we can found some covid cases reported in the office. We are in a dying situation as we can't leave the job and if we will visit the office we will be covid positive.
