Pros
With mostly AWS for technicians Broadcom provides for a great work/life balance and is mostly laid back when at work.
Cons
Going to sound cheesy but could be less laid back and middle management is bloated leading to few if any promotion opportunities out of technician roles. Also PTO policy for AWS employees is well below industry standard.
