Pros
-Pay can be very good depending on your role and comparable to high end tech companies like Google, Meta etc -Flat hierarchy: vmware had too many managers slowing down business decisions
Cons
-Everything else is a con. There is no organizational culture here, you are working in a sweatshop where management expects you to lower your head, and just work because you are getting rich in paper. If I could describe the environment, it is full of fear, confusion, sadness, hostility and quiet overall. -Poor communication -Constant layoffs -No WFH -Old traditional man managing the corporation
