      Here the team manager is the most important person of your job. They can either make it the best time or worst time. Creates lot of variation across teams. Different rules for different teams

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
