      Too many managers for a single engineer. There are no good learning practices in place. Company spends money only on higher hierarchy

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
