      Very technically strong teammates No micro-management Interesting problems Direct management was awesome (on my project)

      Bad remote policies A lot of R&D was cut post acquisition Compensation is in the mid-range (not considering stock options)

      Pros

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
