Pros
The only reason to work here is for the RSUs. You can make a lot of money if you can stand being miserable and watching all your work friends leave.
Cons
Took vmware's tech and gutted the employees. Countless layoffs, horrible communication, NO maternity leave policy, constant unrealistic deadlines, HR takes forever to get back to you. Everyone burnt out. Return to office mandates so no longer remote.
