You are a number, an operating expense to this company . CONSTANT internal chaos, at least on sales side. They do not care about the value you bring to them and the customers at all. Internal systems are archaic by modern IT stds. A $50B+ company using the Google Workspace suite for employee productivity? The reason is because Google does a lot of AI GPU business with BDCOM. Intenal and external websites that look and feel like they were developed during the dawn of the Internet in the 90s? Customers now HATE you because of the changes to price and pkgng of VMW products. They do not care that sales is all about relationships. This is pure blackmail and they know it. Customers cannot migrate away from VMW products overnite. In my role in Technical sales,I closed a $20+M deal the day before I was let go in July, 2024. That's how I got thanked by my management for my revenue contribution. You have been warned. Seemed like most of the bad mgmt from VMW was allowed to hang around. The good ones were either pushed out or left on their own.
