      Really bad culture. Top-down communication, no voice for employees Main moto: don't like leave. Fix timing, daily office.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
