      Pros

      Brocade is gearing itself for a much bigger IP industry. This is a much bigger market with all the upsides for Brocade to tap.

      Cons

      If Brocade did not fully succeed in its quest to be significant IP vendor it will lose its credibility with analyst, share price will fall with the full force of the gravity and then acquired at a fraction of its current market valuation.
