      Hi ! Thank you for taking the time to review CIC on Glassdoor. Concerning salaries, we try to re-evaluate them annually during the mandatory annual negotiations. Following the negotiations for 2023, we have decided on a general increase for our employees of +3% with a gross annual floor of 1,200 euros, as well as an annual envelope for 2023 dedicated to Individual increases of 1.5% of the total payroll of each company.
