      Pros

      - Onboarding process was smooth tbh - Management is friendly and supportive. we don't have to hesitate to ask questions - Excellent and curated learning resources for freshers - Explained everything clearly in the onboarding day itself ( About The Company, its Core Values, about our role, etc)

      Cons

      - only thing was i see as a con was in the LOI they mentioned the Training will be conducted in different location but on Onboarding they changed the Training location
