      Pros

      ICAP Program is a good initiative by Capgemini. IT helps new joiner to get into the system.

      Cons

      It differs from project to project and teams to team you are working on. For me I did not find anything yet. But there should IJP program enabled for new joiner also the resource is not getting any matched project.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
