      Pros

      They have a great reputation. New on-boarding program is fantastic (2 months spread between India and America) There are endless opportunities. There is flexibility to drive your career in the direction you want. There are less political barriers to get through than other consulting firms.

      Cons

      Capgemini is a great company with a strong reputation, however, only a few offices have a close office culture. This makes it easy to feel isolated unless you are a part of one of those offices.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
