      Pros

      people do have freedom to work on timings they are comfortable with people get good exposure to interact with client directly

      Cons

      management is not transparent and do not provide clarity or reasoning. It applies to policy changes, appraisal system, hikes, etc.. It is losing out in the competition due to the way clients are being handled.
