      Work, life balance is decent. The people are pretty nice but approaching a point where the caliber is somewhat questionable. There are good pockets.

      Cons

      upward career path is unclear and pay is somewhat weak depending on timing, location or hot skills. Negotiate if they want you. There are bad pockets of people

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
