Pros
You have a lot of freedom in creating your own career. Moving to different practices is no problem. Learning oportunities are great. Capgemini has its own university and you have acces to business schools and the possibility to do an MBA.
Cons
It is very dependent in what practice you are. In some cases people are really a 'number'. This especially concerns young professionals. In that case it sometimes seems that you have no control over your career. From expercience this is especially true for Technology. This is strengthed by the swift change of managers in this discipine. When you have more experience and are able to create your own work Capgemini is great.
