      People are very helpful and mostly the projects are big. Lot of great opportunities to learn new skills and change the domain.

      Cons

      Salary was less and for one to change the domain, he/she had to work on same project for at-least 18 months.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
