      You workplace is guaranteed, doesn't matter how good or bad you perform

      Cons

      A LOT of management positions that are unnecessary. A LOT of complicated processes that are unnecessary as well. The internal Software is old and not intuitive.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
