      - responsability from the first day - high visibility towards the client

      Cons

      - consulting in Italy is very weak - technology/ outsourcing oriented culture - weak training offer and not very in line with consulting profiles (particularly at local level) - performance management is uneffective

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
