      Good projects. Expertise in focussed areas. Nice people.

      Cons

      Very high attrition. People you take time to know will have moved on before you even get to know them. No avenues for financial or professional growth. Minimal employee facilities.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
