      great technology great atmosphere niche technologies not much into production support / night shifts type of work

      Cons

      for the last five years, Compensation for freshers has not yet revised, so everyone starts from 3.5 lac per annum, which is not sufficient in these days

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
