      I have been with Aricent for more than 10 years and still am part of the organization, doesn't seems i still need to mention the Pros but to have some listed 1. Flexible working hours 2. Work of your choice 3. Employee friendly environment 4. Supportive Managers 5. Good infrastructure and Policies

      Cons

      Nothing to my knowledge. As we have grown in strength policies have been changes but i suppose that is part of transition.

      Offers the most benefits among leading IT consultants in the same league. Great opportunities for knowledge growth.

      Cons

      Increments are generally between 4% and 10%. Promotions, on the other hand, do not usually come with a significant increase.
