as a consultant you get to move between cities and projects.
Cons
Cheap managers, they don't answer phonecalls or e-mails unless it's related to money Bureaucracy is embedded in the organisation No trainings unless it's a MUST or if it's free; to the point that it's painful to see some of my colleagues at work. Bad starting salary.
