      Pros

      I got my apprenticeship through capgemini which was very beneficial as i was able to work and get a qualification at the same time, giving me good exposure to the software industry

      Cons

      Work with old languages such as ada and spark which is good to become familiar with, but if your looking to get exposure to more modern languages, there aren't many projects
