Pros
The consulting company in the US is actually very small, so if you have initiative, you can take on a lot of responsibility early on. They give you a ton of leeway to follow through on your own ideas. Its very entrepreneurial and comp is pretty good. Decent work/life balance
Cons
Constantly changing operating models is exhausting. Some weak sr. management in key cities. They're trying to fix it with new hires, but their results hiring sr. managers is mixed. you need to be really good at networking and selling yourself, or you will get left behind
