Pros
1. Very supportive leadership & management (BU head know's each individual quite well) 2. Good work-life balance 3. Excellent learning opportunities; frequent trainings, certifications, & great support from the leadership to learn & explore more 4. Lot of flexibility in terms of the projects you'd like to undertake or the specialization you'd like to pursue 5. No one's breathing down your neck; normally the pressure to deliver comes from the client side, some clients are really good though 6. Entrepreneurial environment; think of anything & suggest, it'll definitely be considered 7. Cool annual off-sites; a 2 day fun filled event held at a 5-star 8. Once in, it's quite hard to leave; the team becomes your family & I don't see people leaving for the wrong reasons. I'd really give it a 2nd, 3rd, 4th though before leaving this unit
Cons
1. Pay could be better; annual hikes are normalized throughout the group & despite being a high performing unit, good work does not result into good pay. Unfortunately, it is the group decision and business unit management has very less say in this matter, the unit head tries his best to get better compensation for the team each year.
