Pros

It’s an exceptional company to work with, especially because it has a carefully created culture where self governance is entrusted on the employees, and if you have talent, you may get an opportunity to work with international clients abroad or in India. It’s one of the best consulting companies to start your career and take up new challenges in IT. Apart from the work culture, it also has good focus on training and up-skill if the employees in this rapidly changing Technology landscape.

Cons

One has to take initiatives in order to get good work, and that’s not necessarily a con, as it places value on initiative and leadership. It may take a while to get a good assignment initially, but during that time, one has good opportunities to up-skill by working in the research and analytics teams before taking on management consulting projects. The company is entering a rapid growth stage so it will be interesting to see how it manages the increase in resources and projects, but it is being led by one of the industry stalwarts in India and great leader and surely, things can only go upwards from here.

Pros

Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Cons

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
