Cons
No one is concerned about you or the value you bring it to the table, all they want is you to be billable. Absolutely noting when it comes to employee satisfaction, all you get is very minimal raise in year and when asked you get to hear that you should be thankful that you got a raise where as 50% did not. A year wasted without the deserved compensation will surely push you back in your personal life commitment's.
