• Lots of micromanaging • Some higher level managers have been there too long and really need to move on • Australian CEO wants everyone back in an office full time regardless of the fact that the company still performed well when people were WFH. Very old school in his thought process • For a billion dollar company, salary is terrible for workload • No set onboarding process so it changes from department • Cannot easily find information for internal procedures • There’s too many ways of completing a task and no single staff member can explain how it needs to be done • All online training is still in the Coca Cola Amatil format even after the acquisition and VERY outdated • Understaffed with a MASSIVE gap between hiring people. Some roles sit for up to 3 months before the hiring process starts and the responsibilities of that role gets pushed onto someone who already has too much to do • Too much politics
