Poor HR communication especially on the hiring side. Advised one salary at the initial screening stage and being provided a different salary. Poor management is the biggest factor. Forcing staff to work at very uncommon hours. Working weekends. Forcing people to be in the office at 7am/6am. To a point where management said in a meeting ‘7am is the new 9am’. No support. No training. Very understaffed. No work life balance. Was advised I would be included in the annual salary review. But at the time not provided. Still got the HR email confirming this. No clear responsibilities. Interns being asking to work over 50/60 hours a week and being pushed to cover very senior responsibilities without the guidance.
