It's a great pity that you obviously didn't feel comfortable with us, as it is very important to us to create a working atmosphere in which our colleagues feel comfortable. In order to achieve this, we depend on the direct feedback of every single employee. We are sorry to hear that you are obviously dissatisfied with the behaviour of your superiors. We maintain an open and appreciative corporate culture and this should be reflected in the management style of our superiors. Nevertheless, our managers are also individual types, so that differences, antipathies or different approaches can always arise. In this case, it is essential to seek a personal conversation in order to openly address existing dissatisfaction. The project or site management or the human resources department will be happy to support in these cases. They will deal with the criticism and together try to find or mediate a solution.
