      Pros

      Salary, good content of the trainings, they provide equipment.

      Cons

      Despite they provide equipment, you have to travel to headquarters to pick it up. I think for remote positions is much more easier to just send the equipment to the employee.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
