Pros

The company is good and i am currently working here but i would love to share some pros and cons of this organisation:- Pros:- You will salary on time .. Trainers are very Good... Location is awesome... Cons:- Low salary as compared to other companies... You will not get your breaks on time... Like if i talk about myself then for a morning break we have to wait till 12... I am in the office at 7 in the morning then i am getting 15 minutes of break for breakfast at 12... which is totally unfair... Production hours:- You would have to complete your product hours daily... Shift is of 9.5 hours in which for 8.5 hours you have to sit on available mode... You will get 2 paid leaves every month... Casual and earned leave but you have plan it in advance like you have to tell your manager that you will be sick next week... LOL .. Jerks they all are... Politics is there... Female employees will get promoted very easily.... Thats it... Very bad experience with this company... Going to resign in couple of days...

Cons

Very very very very immature persons.... Grow up 👆

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
