Pros

- International working environment - Whoever is not in leadership is easy to communicate with

Cons

- Micromanagement on an extreme level - No work-life balance - Some international Operations Managers don't want to adapt to German working culture and instead impose their learned toxic leadership skills that they were exposed to - Leadership does not have effective and professional communication skills. The toxic working culture at its best. - Young and inexperienced Operations Managers - Human Resources is not helpful and take the side of Operations. They really do not want the benefit of the employees - Salaries stage stagnant - No real growth and development available. The smarter you are the less likely you would climb the career ladder

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
