Pros

-low barrier to entry, they dont require a lot of qualifications -takes a lot to be let go, at least from what i've observed -decent opportunities to climb up within the company

Cons

-they straight up lied to me regarding my working hours, saying evening shifts would only go until 8 PM at the latest, and then when i was hired suddenly i'm expected to work until midnight -they tell you the work scheduling is flexible, but most of the time your requests regarding scheduling will be outright ignored -pay is only middling, better than some but nothing to write home about -depending on the program / client, onboarding and training can be a messy affair -communication is not their strong suit, lots of important info is poorly communicated -the nature of the work often doesn't lead to many positive outcomes, yet this is held against agents regardless

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
