      It was fast and easy job

      Cons

      Dirty office , facilities old. I never saw a cleaning service, who vacuumed the carpet. Low salary They don’t care about employees, they don’t treat you good, nit even trying to make your job life better. Shifts schedules are chaotic and never given to you in time, so you can not make plans fir the next month . For example, if you need doctor appointment. And nobody let you go spontaneous. Even to the doctor. Management is not motivated to improve anything. I tried my best to convince them but nobody never listened. I had a solution how to improve processes, improve KPI but nobody cared. They just prefer to push employees and punish them fir bad KPI

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
