      Pros

      Good hours. Good performance can make very lucrative monthly bonuses. Benefits after sixty days. A lot of companies don't offer benefits for a year

      Cons

      He seems slightly disorganized. Took a while to get appropriate passwords and such to sign up for benefits. No phones at your desk make it difficult to keep in touch with your family during the day

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
