      There is not much positive.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, horrible manager who always always expects to work late and on weekends as well, no hike from past 3-4 years, No work life balance, doesn't allow you to take leaves not even sick leave. Manager doesn't understand the situation even if there is family emergency. Doesn't suggest this company to my enemy also.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
