Pros
1. Worked with some exceptionally talented team members 2. Fantastic client base. 3. Originally the company valued employees and had a very lean management structure.
Cons
1. The company was purchased by ACS, which was acquired by Xerox, then Xerox split off all non-copy related business to a new company Conduent. Each of the sales/acquisitions/splits diluted the original company values and focus on clients and creating products/functionality to support their needs. 2. Previous executive leadership did not support existing products (no enhancements), which resulted in client dissatisfaction. 3. After years of development, and significant investment, the new product does not yet have the functionality of the products it is meant to replace. 4. Many layers of management/Vice Presidents have been added 5. New executive leadership is better, though it remains to be seen if flagship products can be reinvigorated while continuing to develop needed functionality in the new product
