The office is in a nice location and the office is clean.
Cons
The benefits are very poor. There is only one high-deductible medical plan available. They have changed the severance package in case you are laid off. Let me restate that there is NO severance package. There is a supplemental unemployment offering, which reduces what the company pays you by what you would receive from unemployment. Therefore the company is basically taking the benefit of your unemployment pay. They are changing the 401K offerings as well, so they can minimize what they pay out in case you are laid off. Therefore, if you put any value on benefits, I would suggest looking at another company.
