      Great Site Level Management and I have no other pros

      Terrible contracts with clients; False hope for new company; Large number of layoffs to hardworking front line employees while increasing the number of top level execs making large amounts of money

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
