      Pros

      You can wear shorts to work. The ineptitude is amusing, for a while. That's about it. Seriously. Close to fast food.

      Cons

      Quite simple the worst job of my life. The facility had bedbugs, mice, sometimes no running water. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Pay increases promised upon certification never happened. Shift assignment process not fair. Open availability required to be hired, then sob stories allowed new employees to receive prime schedules.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
