Pros

Employees are generally well-meaning and hard working and the insurance benefits are nice.

Cons

This is the latest name change after splitting from Xerox, which had purchased the company when it was called Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). There was much corporate enthusiasm at the beginning of the 2017 when the company was officially "founded" after no longer being with Xerox. Fast forward a couple of months and the layoffs began. The fact is that this is a company that continually manages to go in the red and tries to remedy that situation through massive layoffs. There isn't much room for advancement and even if there is, there is no job security at any level of the company regardless of tenure or experience.

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
